Install Jira in ftp server

Is it possible to install jira on my host ftp to be acessed anywhere?

Huh? Ftp is a service, it occupies a particular well known port, there are no conflicts with JIRA, so yes, you can install JIRA on an FTP server. You just need to ensure your server environment meets the requirements.
