Trouble with projects

Question

n my dashboard, our projects do not appear, but I can locate them all in my history, including the latest changes from Friday. Also when trying to open a support it is not possible to locate our atlassian.net account, but I log in normally. What can it be?

Regarding opening a support ticket with Atlassian Technical support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

Are you an administrator for your Jira Site or your Atlassian Cloud Organization? Those are the only people who can open a support ticket. If you are not an admin, reach out to your Jira Admins for assistance.

Also, are you using a Free subscription or a paid subscription? To open a support case for a site the subscription for the site must be paid, not Free.

Regarding the missing projects, to ensure that we understand the problem you are encountering can you provide screen images of the "dashboard" and the "history" that you are viewing, please?

Adding to what Florian asked, here is what I would check next:

I would first confirm the recent history is not misleading you. The recent items list is personal and keeps showing work you opened before, even after your access to those projects was removed. So, seeing them in history but not on the dashboard usually indicates a permission or license change rather than a display problem.

Does your dashboard include gadgets that are scoped on your space/project ? Are you owner of the dashbaord or do you use a dashbaord created by someone else ?

About the support part, are you logged in with the same account on the support than the one you are using for your Atlassian site ?
