Access to Jira is managed by the organization’s Jira/Atlassian administrators. The best option would be to contact your organization’s Jira administrator or IT help desk and ask them to verify Jennifer’s account and grant the appropriate access.
The Atlassian Community cannot provision or modify access to an organization’s Jira instance.
