Need help reactivating Free Jira site - "Contact support to reactivate" error

Hi Atlassian Team,

I recently downgraded my Jira site from a Premium trial to a Free plan, and now my site is deactivated. When I try to access it, I receive the following error message: "Contact support to reactivate. Copy this Entitlement number."

Since I am now on a Free plan, I am unable to create a standard support ticket to get this resolved. Could someone please help me reactivate my site?

take a look here. admin.atlassian.com/billing → Subscriptions → Inactive → Reactivate

if you can't reactive here then please contact billing support https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
