App - WBS Gantt-Chart : can we add existing cross project epic underneath an story of a Gantt

Question

As i creates a Gantt structure in a Project A, under each story/issue task, i would need to add an existing epic from Project B. I create an link item as Contains in. So i would need it appears as below :

Issue 1 (project A)

Epic-xxx (project B).

However, the Gantt put Issue 1 in project A row  and issue B in Project B row separately.

Is there any way to show the contains relationship tree for cross project ?

Hi Jairo,

* Project grouping: Gantt chart display option, i don't see that option in my screen. Could you send me a screenshot of the location of that option. * I do uncheck all the view option.

Hi Kim,

It would be helpful to have a little more context about your current hierarchy and grouping settings. However, you can check the following:

* Project grouping: In the Gantt display options, make sure you don't have the project grouping enabled.
* Link hierarchy: Go to the Gantt configuration and verify that the "Contains" link type is explicitly defined to establish the Parent-Child relationship you need.
