Booths are usually a gamble. You queue up, get a well-rehearsed pitch, and leave without ever finding out whether the person behind the table could actually answer your question.
So here's ours, no fluff. That's our crew above. Here's who they are, when to catch them in Amsterdam (October 6-8), and what to bring each one. Find your person, skip the small talk, go straight to the interesting part:
- Krzysztof (CEO): no small talk, straight to what's actually broken: process decisions, security around Forge/Connect/Runs on Atlassian, or finally making the case to leave Xray behind
- Kate (ITSM Lead, Atlassian Community Champion): turning ticket chaos into something standardized, self-service portals people actually use, running JSM next to Salesforce or HubSpot without losing your mind
- Daniel (PM, Test Management): the honest "is a dedicated tool even worth it" conversation, plus everything about moving from Data Center to Cloud
- Sebastian (Fullstack Developer): Forge vs. Connect, integrations misbehaving, or that one edge case nobody else wanted to touch
- Dominik (AI/Forge): the two Rovo agents we've actually shipped, and what's real versus hype in AI on Jira right now
- Magdalena (Partnerships): got a "what if we did this together" idea? Bring it. Joint content and ACE collaborations too.
No pitch, no deck. Bring the use case that doesn't quite fit the documentation, the integration behaving weirdly, or the decision you haven't made yet. That's the conversation we're actually showing up for.
Full disclosure, plus one thing worth sticking around for
A quick disclosure, since I'm posting as part of the Appsvio team: we're a Showcase sponsor at this year's event, and an Atlassian Partner of the Year (2023, ITSM App Solutions), nominated again in 2025 and 2026. We build apps for Jira Service Management and test management (see full listing on the Atlassian Marketplace).
One more thing: every demo booked in Amsterdam and completed after the event turns into a donation to UNICEF. Not a gimmick, just a reason to make those five minutes count twice.
One team, six superpowers, however many Jira headaches walk up to that booth. Whatever yours is, there's a decent chance someone in that photo has already solved it for somebody else.
Come & find out.
