No access to tickets

We need your assistance. We can access our Atlassian domain, but since this morning, no one has been able to view or update any requests!

We receive the following error on all tickets:

Run in the incognito mode or clear your cache and try again. The link you posted is related to a specific ticket which might have been deleted and therefore you would get this error as well.
