Is it on issue creation, or on issue viewing? Any screenshots maybe? From current description it's pretty diffiicult to understand possible reason. Maybe it's Atlassian incident, but there are no similar massive reports on community, and no active incidents on Atlassian status page. upd. Maybe it's an incident, number of similar tickets is rising

Run in incognito and try again. Currently, Atlassian doesn't have any open incidents. Since the number of these questions is rising there might be one. Subscribe to the Jira updates here: https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/
Possibly, @Elton Lobo's site was affected by the incident - Jira Status - Degraded Performance Accessing Jira
