Currently, when adding a Loom video link to a post, it is displayed only as a link card. 🔗
The card also appears to use a generic Loom preview/thumbnail rather than the actual thumbnail from the video.
By comparison, YouTube links can be embedded directly into the post and played without leaving the Forums page.
It would be great if Loom videos could behave in the same way:
- render as an inline playable video
- use the actual Loom video thumbnail/preview
- allow users to play the video directly from the post
- keep the current card option available when a full embed is not needed
This would make Loom content feel much more integrated with Forums, especially since Loom is part of the Atlassian ecosystem.
