Hi @Azer Alizade ,

On top of what Gabriela wrote (and I'm also guessing we're talking about a deactivated site rather than an account), was this a personal site or have there been other users/admins as well? If there are other admins, you can ask them to check the status of your site and account.

Regarding the account, here are instructions on how to reactivate an unmanaged account: Reactivate an unmanaged Atlassian Cloud account 📚

One more thing - you can also reach out to the official support team here: Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing and ask them to check the status of your site or account. Select something like Your Account > Reactivate subscription and fill in the details below 🎟️

Cheers,

Tobi

Hi Azer,

Since your link points to your own alizade9597 site, I'd guess it's the Free site that was deactivated for inactivity rather than your Atlassian account itself, and in that case Atlassian's reactivation doc says the data is retained for 15 days after deactivation, so I'd act on it today. Don't wait on this one.

As a billing admin, log in at admin.atlassian.com, go to Billing, open your billing account, then Subscriptions, switch to the Inactive tab and click Reactivate next to Confluence. If you don't see a Reactivate option there, the same doc describes adding Confluence from Apps > Atlassian apps and choosing Add to an existing site, which starts a trial and can bring you back to the Free plan if you're within its user limit: https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/reactivate-a-subscription/ If neither works, use the contact us link in that same doc to reach Atlassian billing support directly.

If it's your Atlassian account that was deleted instead, there's a 14-day grace period where you can log in at id.atlassian.com and select Cancel deletion, but once that period ends the account can't be restored.

Trudy has also written a detailed community article on how the Free inactivity timeline plays out: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/discussion/3251237/atlassian-jira-jsm-confluence-free-tier-inactivity-data-deletion-timeline

Could you share the date and the exact wording of the email you received, so we can tell which of these two cases you're in?
