How do I get my deactivated account activated again?

That depends a bit. Is your account company managed? If so, you'd have to check with your local IT support to re-enable it.
Is it really your account or is it a site that is inactive?
Can you clarify (perhaps with a screenshot) on the details how it shows to be deactivated?
