My confluence page is gone

Hello. I can't access my confluence page and i just saw an email that says it is deactivated. I have very important documents stored in there. Is there anyway it is possible to recover them or activate the page. Thank you for any help you can provide.

In the email that you saw that says it was deactivated what is the date it gives for deactivation?

Were you using a Free subscription?

Atlassian has a policy about deactivating and deleting Free subscriptions that have been inactive for an extended period of time. I wrote an article about that here:

If you were using a Free subscription and it has been 14 days or less since the date of deactivation then you may be able to reactivate the subscription yourself. If it has been 15 or more days you may not be able to reactivate it, and your data may have already been permanently deleted by Atlassian.

To try to reactivate it yourself:

1. Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/billing
2. Select your billing account.
3. Click the Subscriptions option on the left.
4. Click the Inactive tab on the right.
5. Find your Confluence subscription in the list.
6. Next to it under Actions click the Reactivate button.

If you get a pop-up like this then you will not be able to reactivate it yourself. Follow the guidance in the pop-up to get help from Atlassian directly. Since we are a user community here we don't have the necessary access to help you directly.
