I am setting up Power Automate to connect with Jira to create a ticket based on information gathered by a Microsoft Form spreadsheet. I setup my flow but receive the following error below when connecting via Oauth
This app requires access to a Jira site which you don’t have or don’t have the permission to access.
How can I obtain access to Jira via Power Automate.

Sounds like you authorize with wrong user in Jira. What user are you using in Power Automate and what user you want to use in Jira action?
