Hi @adam beres ,
This is the Atlassian community, not Atlassian staff, and we haven't access to your site.
I suggest to request to your company admins in charge of Atlassian platform. If you are the admin and it is a paid plan, I suggest to open a ticket in the official support: https://support.atlassian.com/contact#/
Hope it helps
Hello @adam beres
The URL you provided follows the naming convention of an Atlassian Cloud subscription, and you posted this in the Confluence Questions forum. Does this concern Confluence Cloud?
Was this a subscription you set up for yourself? If so, were you paying for your subscription or using the Free Tier Subscription option?
When was the last time that you accessed the content?
Atlassian has a policy to deactivate Free Tier subscriptions that are left inactive for an extended period of time. I wrote an article about that here:
Atlassian Jira/JSM/Confluence Free Tier Inactivity & Data Deletion Timeline
If you have been using a free subscription and left it dormant, then it is likely that Atlassian deactivated it. The article above provides guidance on how to contact Atlassian directly about this.
