Did Atlassian remove Rovo Credit Monthly Average?

Question

I was just checking my companies Rovo usage last week and was able to see a "Monthly Average". I was able to see an average from over the last 10 months. (i assume sense Atlassian started tracking usage.)

Today i went to show a co-worker where to find this usage and its completely gone. Did Atlassian remove this or did they move it somewhere else?

@Jeremy Wood I can just agree that a longer timeframe is beneficial for end users/customers. I'm not sure if they are planning to 'expand' the current timebox and if anything is planned regarding the dashboards.

However, I am aware that they are planning to update the whole experience before 3rd of Dec (although I don't have the details).

What I'd probably recommend is reaching out to Atlassian Support to see what they have to say about all of that and if they can potentially forward that feedback to the product team 🤔

Thanks Tomislav Tobijas. That's where i was going last week and looking for the info.

I understand them making changes and trying new reports but reducing how far back you can go, and removing common reporting data like average monthly usage just feels like they are trying to hide this information.

That's probably note the case so much as its just a new dashboard they want to try out. But it feels like an oversight to me.

Hi @Jeremy Wood ,

Things are changing a bit with introduction of usage-based pricing (UBP). Still, you should be able to find the monthly average (in a way), if you navigate to admin.atlassian.com > Insights > Platform usage > Rovo credits. You can still 'extract that info', but from last 3 months I believe. 📊

As for UBP, the new billing model starts from 3rd of December 2026 (as stated in the FAQ).
