Hi @石堀朝雪 ,
For your security assessment or inventory review, please refer to these two official sources:

Hi@Ollie Guan ,Thank you very match.
Hi 石堀朝雪,
Trello is not covered by Atlassian Backup and Restore; that add-on is for Jira, JSM, and Confluence only. So for Trello, there is no native scheduled backup, no configurable retention, and no selectable destination.
Atlassian runs disaster recovery for the Trello platform itself, and Trello is in scope for the same Cloud resilience program as the other products, with an RPO of 1 hour and an RTO of 6 hours. That covers an outage or an infrastructure failure on Atlassian's side, and it is entirely Atlassian-operated. You cannot trigger it, schedule it, or request a restore from it.
What Trello does not have is any customer-facing recovery. What exists is export, not backup:
For your form, I would answer frequency as manual or on demand, retention as not applicable since you keep the files, and destination as free choice, because it is just a downloaded file you can store on AWS, Azure, GCP, SharePoint, OneDrive, or a file server.
One caveat worth noting: a JSON export cannot be reimported to recreate a board; it is an audit artifact, not a restore path. If the assessment requires real recovery, that means the REST API with your own scheduler, or a tool that covers Trello such as Rewind or HYCU. For vendor resilience, the trust pages Ollie linked still apply, with RPO 1 hour and RTO 6 hours, and the note that Atlassian does not use those backups to reverse customer deletions.
Servus, Martin
