How do I add general comments during a PR review

Question

When there is an implementation missing in a PR, I would like to add a general comment, because there is no file to add the comment to. However, for some reason Bitbucket shows this alert:
"To add an overview comment, you'll first have to finish the review."

How do I add a general comment for missing features to a PR while reviewing it?

Example:
A feature was added to the backend, but the front end checkbox to enable the feature was forgotten. There are no changes yet in the file where the checkbox should be added.

Yes, but I'm still working on the review. I'm not ready to finish it yet.
This way I have to note my general comment down somewhere else and then remember to add it to the overview when I finish the review.

Hi @Steynen_ Tom

If you already clicked Start review, you can submit the final overview comment directly from the top menu bar.

* Look at the top right header of the PR page and click Finish review.

* A pop-up dialog titled Comments in review will appear.

* Type your general comment (e.g., "Missing frontend UI: Please add the checkbox component in frontend...") into the Overview comment field inside this dialog.

* Select your decision (Approve, Request changes, etc.) and click Publish.
