I’d recommend reaching out to your organization admin, who can check the status of your Atlassian apps and any active incidents from: admin.atlassian.com → Insights → System Health
You can also check the public Atlassian Status page to see whether there are any broader service incidents.
If there is no maintenance or incident listed and the site remains unavailable, you can then reach out to Atlassian Support for further investigation.
