Hi, I have a board with 7 members on the free trial and Im trying to add a member but Im stopped with a message that I need to upgrade - which is wierd since the free version allows 10 member in one board... Can anyone help?
The collaborator limit applies to the entire Workspace, so while there may be fewer than 10 members on the board that you're a member of within that Workspace, there may still be more boards in the Workspace with more members. If that's the case, the Workspace admin will need to either remove collaborators or upgrade the Workspace.
