nearly all tasks catalogued for a year and a half MISSING. can they be restored?

Question

Have logged in to Trello to discover all my workflow daily task checklists collated and completed over a year and a half are apparently missing. Has anyone experienced this? Why? Most importantly, were you able to locate & restore all info?

Thank you

Before assuming it's gone: go to trello.com/<your username>/boards and scroll down to closed boards, and check you're not signed into a second account. Google sign-in quietly creating a duplicate account explains a lot of "everything vanished" posts. An incognito window is worth a shot too, some of these turn out to be display bugs.

If the checklists are really gone server-side, contact Trello support with the board URL, and mention that someone else in this thread sees the same thing - that points to their end. (disclaimer: I work on ProBackup, we do daily Trello backups. Mentioning it mostly because deletion in Trello is permanent and I'd hate for you to go through round two.)

Bonjour,
j'ai un problème similaire depuis hier matin. Tous mes tableaux sont vides.
Je vais donc suivre la réponse si il y en a une.
Est-ce un bug général?
Merci!
