I think the filter is incorrect, or the filter used in the board is deleted So you need to check the filter the board is using. You will need to get the board ID from the URL and then use the API to see the board config, as this is currently not possible. See API docs; https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/software/rest/api-group-board/#api-rest-agile-1-0-board-boardid-configuration-get This call will show the board config if it can and tthis will contain the filter id. In using the filter option, you can then do a JAL "filter = If you are not a Jira admin, contact a Jira admin to help you out on this.

It is a company managed site. Here is what they board looks like when I hit Backlog

Go To "All spaces" and check your space type. Can you share screenshots, to give some more detail in relation to the board? Other option, create a. new board and use the same filter as the old board.

Hi @Tauri Smith you mentioned that you can see the issues but the page won't populate. What do you mean by this? If everything is functioning as intended the console errors are not relevant.

Try an incognito window or try another browser.

If this solves your issues, clear your cache and cookies.

The Issues page populates with tickets, but the Backlog and Active Sprint pages do not work. Nothing shows on those pages. It's just a blank screen when you first bring up the page, but then the error shows once you try again.

I've tried all these options. Our organization doesn't allow us to use Incognito pages.

Are you using a direct url , a favourite?

If you do just browse to the main url of the instance and then browse to the board.

I just checked by using the URL and finding the board, and it still isn't working.
