We are using JIRA Version 4.4.3 and have encountered the issue that our customers cannot add users on CC as they do not have the global permission to browse users. The problem is that giving them the global permission also allows them to see users from other projects (different customers) even though those are not assignable in this particular project.
How can I enable the global "Browse user" permission and limit the visibility to the assignable users within a given project?
