My $24/month subscription to loom somehow turned into me getting charged $744 for a single MONTH and becoming an admin for my entire company that I am a contractor for. I am trying to get ahold of support. No reply to my support ticket. I tried to deactivate my account and am told I have to keep this for another month - I can't afford this, and did not sign up to pay for every employee at the company I work for. On top of that, nobody is replying and there is no phone number to call. This is very frustrating.

Thank you for reaching out. Licensing discrepancies can be tricky, and we want to make sure your billing is accurate.

To resolve this, our Customer Advocate team needs to look at your backend license data. Please create a support ticket here so they can investigate this securely.

• Your URL, SEN, EN or invoice number if you have it.
