Looking for UX/UI Feedback on a Media Website

Question

I’m currently working on improving the UX/UI of a media website and would love some feedback from people who have experience with web design.

What areas do you usually focus on first when reviewing a website’s user experience? I’m particularly interested in navigation, content discovery, mobile responsiveness, visual hierarchy, and making the interface feel simple without removing useful features.

Are there any UX improvements that have made a noticeable difference for you in similar projects? I’d really appreciate some practical suggestions or lessons from your experience.

Hi @usama !

Great initiative! When reviewing a media website's UX, I usually prioritize visual hierarchy and content discovery first. On media platforms, users need quick access to information, so intuitive navigation and clear scannability make a massive difference.

💡 Quick tip

Since your post is aimed at open feedback and sharing experiences, it would get much more engagement as a Discussion post inside our Customer Success group!

In Q&A format, responses are styled as "single best answers." A Discussion post in that group will let members brainstorm, share screenshots, and engage in a broader conversation with you.

How to post it in the group:

* Go to the Groups tab and join/open the Customer Success group.
* Click on Create Post.
* Select the Discussion format.
* Paste your prompt there, you'll get awesome practical insights from members focused on this topic!

Looking forward to seeing your post there and continuing the conversation! 🚀

Hi @usama

How does your question relate to any of the Atlassian products?

This as you have me a post on the public community forum relating to products from the Atlassian Company?
