Some usage issues

Hello Jira Support Team,

I encountered the following problems while using Jira, and I would like to know how to resolve them?

1. The question list does not display correctly after entering Jira;

2. Some options are not displayed correctly when asking a question;

3. I cannot add comments after searching through past questions.

Hi @Delmore Du

As this is a Server/Data Center instance (based on the images), contact your Jira administrator and even the administrator the instance is running on and check the log on the instance on Errors

Your admin could reach out to Atlassian support if they can't find anything, then have the admin make a support zip and upload this on creating the support tickwet.

The current problem is as follows:

The page cannot be scrolled down normally, and replies or comments cannot be viewed. See the image below.

I cannot add comments after searching through past questions.As shown in the picture below.
