AI Enhancements not visible to team members

AI has been activated on my workspace but team members are not seeing those features.

They are not able to see the AI button that says summarize. That is the feature that I'm looking for. I can see it on my in for cards that have a long description. It doesn't show up on all of them but it does show up on those.  I went over to one of my team members computer who is a member on the board and they did not have that functionality for the same card that I did.

They are actual workspace members, not guests.

Could you check two things with one affected team member?

Are they an actual Workspace member, or are they a guest who was invited only to the board?
If they edit a card description, do they see the normal blue AI button / can they use /ai and select Summarize?
