How to get a refund for all members invited in my Workspace ?

I am a user of Trello for a week.Four days ago, on the 2nd of August 2026, I bought Trello Standard which I now cancelled. Because members got invited in my Workspace during this four days, additional charges were added to the initial standard plan.Now that I've cancelled everything and since I am still within the 30 eligible days to get a refund, I am writing to ask how I can get a refund for all that was debited from my bank account within these 4 days.I've tried on the following website link : https://support.atlassian.com/contact, but it is not working.Could you help me with my refund's request please ?I thank you for your help.Thank you in advance for your assistance !

Hi @C D _CJ_ ,

Instead of selecting the Other option, please try this workflow:

Select Payment → Request a refund.

In the URL/SEN section, scroll to the bottom and select Proceed without URL, SEN, EN, or invoice number.

Click the Need help? Submit a support request link at the end of the page.

Provide the specific details of your case in the description field so the team can assist you.

I thank you for your reply.

I'm trying to raise a ticket but, as you can see on the picture attached to my message, when I'm trying to open a ticket, no button appears to send or to create it. I thought, at the beginning, that problem was that I haven't filled up the Provide the related URL, SEN, EN or invoice number section, but when I did it, nothing changed.

Can you help me and explain to me how to raise a ticket please.
