How to change the size of a cover image

Sylvie Tas

I'm having trouble getting images to display at the same size, even when they're all from Unsplash. I also noticed that the travel planning template uses images of different sizes.

How can I make all my images the same size? ChatGPT keeps telling me to use Crop or Aspect Ratio, but those options don't seem to exist anymore.

Hi @Sylvie Tas

Trello lacks native cropping tools for card covers, so those AI instructions are incorrect; Unsplash photos display at different heights on your board due to varying proportions.

Crop images externally to a matching aspect ratio (e.g., 16:9) before uploading them to cards.

This limitation is also documented https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TRELLO-1647?attachmentOrder=desc  along with other bug https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TRELLO-776
