Admin rights to set new rules

Our trello account admin left the organisation, his email address is no longer valid, we want the new Manager to be able to have all admin rights so that they can change any rules in trello without having to rebuild everything from scratch, how do we do that as currently only when you login using his email address will you be able to change any rules on the cards
