We've just shipped Teams in Read & Confirm for Confluence β built to save you from setting up the same list of people request after request.
What's new
π§βπ€βπ§ Create reusable Teams β Save a named list of members once and reuse it across confirmation requests.
β‘ Assign in one click β When creating a request, just pick a team instead of searching for each person. You can still remove individuals or add extra people on top β team plus a few extras works fine.
π Stable records by design β Teams are expanded into individual members at the moment you create a request. Later changes to the team never silently rewrite who was asked to confirm.
π Know when a team changes β If members are added to a team after a request was created, the app flags it β the request list shows "Team updated +2", and the team's page shows which requests are behind β and you can add the new members with one click from the request.
Already using Read & Confirm? Teams arrives as a major update β a site admin approves it once, and the in-app banner walks you through it.

Read & Confirm runs entirely on Atlassian Forge. Team data and confirmation records are stored via Forge storage β no external servers, no third-party data transfers.
