Hello,
I want to permanently delete my Atlassian account.
When I try to delete it, I receive the following error:
“User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements.”
I have already cancelled all paid subscriptions.
My account still contains free products (Jira Cloud Free, Teams, Projects, Goals and Loom Starter), but I cannot remove them or delete the site myself.
I also cannot open a support ticket because I am redirected to documentation instead.
Could an Atlassian team member please help remove the remaining entitlements so I can permanently delete my account?
