Push Notifications Not Coming to Mobile Since Update to v2026.14

Joshua Barton_mybvg7

Since Update 1 Week ago to v2026.14 - My entire team is no longer receiving Push Notifications since release of iOS Version 2026.14

Everyone has Full Notifications for Cards, Boards, Mentions enabled in Trello App

Everyone has Notifications fully enabled in iOS Notification Center

We have tested this across multiple devices

Hi @Joshua Barton ,

Have you tried following some of the troubleshooting steps listed here: Troubleshooting for Trello on iOS?

As I don't have iOS, I'll ping the forum support team to potentially check this out.

Note that if you're on a paid Trello plan, you could reach out to the support team through this channel: Atlassian Support

Cheers,
Tobi
