Problem adding Confluence to my organization

Question

Hello.
I'm trying to add Confluence but I keep getting this error (it basically says that that may happen when you're behind your payments which I'm not).

I had tried Confluence some months ago with the same account but had canceled it. Maybe it is linked.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hey Fabien,

I don't think I can help on this one so you will need to contact Atlassian Support.

I would recommend using Have a general question for us?

Hope this helps!

Hi @Fabien Herelle ,

I recommend you to create a support issue directly. There's not much we can do here as we don't know the status of your site.
