Atlassian Community members will not be able to change or verify Cisco CertMetrics account details. Thats case Between Cisco/Certmetrics/You. Atlassian have nothing to do with that, besides just using like a lot of companies Certimetrics as Certification Platform.

Also you are on an Atlassian Community forum, this has no relation with Cisco.
Or contact Cisco support in relation to certifications, As they might have blocked changing names on their Certmetrics portal.

yes, but regarding the issue cisco direct to jira management for raising case and jira management tool is atlassian.
