We have only register 1 user but trello billed us with 2

Welcome to the Community! Could you please check Workspace settings → Billing and let us know how many billable users are listed? If possible, you can also check Workspace → Members to see whether there are any additional members or guests being counted. Feel free to redact any personal information before sharing a screenshot.
