Hello @Liam McKnight
How to recover Trello data if content is deleted - Atlassian Community
Please understand there is no description of what was lost, whether it was archived/deleted, whether it was caused by a you, automation, account compromise, or a Trello incident. Also, public Community cannot safely handle private legal material or account-specific data.
Please take a look on this Community post and Open an Ticket under Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing, & Licensing | Atlassian
Best,

Hi @Liam McKnight ,
I'd recommend contacting Atlassian Support: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/?postauth=true#/
Let us know if you're unable to reach them.
they would see this and i am otherwise unable to reach them
its my own legal data no one cares
I understand this is urgent for you, but the public Community cannot inspect private Trello data, account history, legal material, or a specific card’s backend state.
If you need legal handling, that should go through your legal representative and Atlassian’s official contact/support routes, not the public Community.
If you want Community members to help with the self-service checks, then describe your problem.
Can you please provide more details? Was the data lost due to inactivity? Did you receive any notification? When did it happen?
it happened immediately after creation, the edits to the note saved briefly then disappeared within two minutes. the iphone was never backed up before the note disappearing and not sure if it hit the cloud
either the note can be recovered locally or from the cloud. trello support can see this thread. its really simple actually
