Hello from France - practical Jira and Confluence workflows

Hi everyone,

I'm Julien, based in France. I work around product operations and team workflows, with a practical focus on Jira boards, issue layouts, Confluence spaces, and Marketplace apps.

I'm new to posting in the Atlassian Community, but not new to working through Jira and Confluence configuration questions. I like practical troubleshooting: checking filters, permissions, field visibility, workflow statuses, and whether an app actually improves day-to-day work before recommending it.

Looking forward to learning from others here and sharing useful notes where I can.
