export only certain information from all may cards on to CSV. Name, phone number, email, what list

Question

We are setting up a new system with my that needs to export only certain information From each of my trello cards I need the name, Phone number and email address as well as loan number And what list is this card under.  I do not want any of the custom list or dates or comments and activities.

Because the values are in the card description rather than separate Custom Fields, a generic Trello CSV export may not split them into the columns you need. A practical approach is to read each authorized card’s description, extract only Name, Phone, Email, and Loan Number, add the card’s current list, and write those fields to a clean CSV. Test a small sample first so differences in how the description is formatted do not put information in the wrong column. Since this includes personal and loan-related data, keep the file and processing inside an authorized environment and do not paste it into public converters. The operator should verify the sample and write the final response personally.

It didn't work.  Here is a dummy Trello card I just created. I need the information from the 'decrepitation' section.
