As a couple of users reported this, I suspected that there might have been global outage but nothing showed up in Trello Statuspage.
Can you maybe check these as well: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Trello-questions/Regras-pararam-de-funcionar/qaa-p/3252320#M131357 (automation logs and usage in particular) 👀
