How do I add a page? Saw in demo video but doesn't seem to be an option

I watched the JIRA video showing how to build a page, but once in the program I see no way to add a page. I also don't see any breadcrumbs.

I guess PAGE is something about the Confluence product, not the JIRA. Could you please share the video?
