We are experiencing an issue with Trello templates on iOS and would like to know if anyone else is facing the same problem.
For approximately 3 weeks, none of our users have been able to create cards from templates using the Trello iPhone app.
What happens:
- We open a template.
- We tap “Create from template”.
- Trello displays the message: “Sorry! An unexpected error occurred. Your latest changes may not have been saved.”
Additional information:
- The issue affects 5 different iPhone users.
- All users have the latest version of the Trello app installed.
- Creating regular cards works without any problems.
- Creating cards from templates works on desktop.
- Creating cards from templates also works in Safari on iPhone.
- The issue occurs even with newly created test templates.
- No Power-Ups are enabled on the board.
Has anyone experienced the same issue recently? Is there a known workaround or fix?
