Break pagination in Task Report Macro

Question

Hey everyone,

I would like to know how to break the pagination of the macro "Task Report". Currently the macro can display only 10, 20 and 40 tasks per page. but I would like somehow to have the visibility of all of them without pagination.

Is there a way to code that through HTML macro or other way to achieve this?

As Arkadiusz said, there's an expected limitation in the task report macro.

You could check out Advanced Tables for Confluence if you want to explore something that integrates with your Confluence page. Specifically, you can use the app's parameters to customize or even disable pagination entirely, allowing all your tasks to render in one seamless table. Natively, there is no way to disable pagination. Confluence Data Center strictly caps the Task Report Macro at 10, 20, or 40 tasks per page.

This limitation is tracked under CONFSERVER-41565. Avoid HTML or source-editing workarounds, as they won't alter the server-side limits anyway.

Your options are to max out the macro at 40 tasks, split the report across multiple macros (by label, status, or assignee), or look into a Marketplace reporting app.
