Ever feel like you’re rebuilding the same project setup over and over for Marketing, Finance, Events, or PMO teams? What if you could turn your best work into a reusable, polished template?

Join us for Redesigning Jira for the Whole Business: Custom Templates from Real Admins, a live session where we’ll walk through real-world template patterns from Enterprise admins who’ve made Jira feel like a purpose-built workspace for their specific teams.

⭐️ Here’s what we'll dive into:

• Why Custom Templates matter: how admins can move from one-off project setup to repeatable, team-friendly Jira experiences.

• Real-world template patterns: a gallery of non-technical Custom Templates including Marketing campaigns, PMO multi-BU projects, Governance & standardization for multi-team orgs, and Delegated space creation

• Live demo: building reusable Jira experiences: two short walkthroughs showing PMO multi-BU standardization and delegated space creation.

📆 There are two sessions available later this month, so pick the one that works best for you:

• Session 1 — RSVP here

• Session 2 — RSVP here

And don't forget to bring your questions for the team! We're looking forward to seeing you there!

This hits on something I see a lot in Jira Cloud admin setups: teams invest real effort into designing clean permission structures, then lose that consistency the moment someone has to manually replicate roles across Jira spaces. It's one of those low-visibility tasks that slowly undermines everything else.

We built a small app called RoleSync to take that off admins' plates – it copies roles across spaces automatically so the structure actually stays the way it was designed:

RoleSync — Copy Roles Across Spaces

Full disclosure: I'm involved with the app – sharing it here because this is exactly the admin context it was built for.
