My Board is closed, and Admin needs Updating

Question

A shared board I was a member of has been closed. I get the message "

XXXXXXXXX is closed.

To reopen this board, contact this board admin: XXXXXXXX

The Admin named is no longer with our organization. Hopw can I get the board reopened. and be added as admin of the board?  Or who can I contact to do this.

Sounds like Sakshi already kicked off the right process, so you’re on the home stretch. In case you ever get stuck like this again, I’ve had luck asking any remaining board members if one of them can be bumped up to admin once support reopens the board. Saves a bit of back and forth later.

Hi @dmcewan I am raising a support  ticket to assist you further with this issue. You will receive an email from our end with more details and next steps.

Thank you for your patience !
