A friend of mine is trying to access her Trello account, but since last friday she always had this screen with this message.

A 403 error specifically means the server understood the request but is refusing to fulfill it — so the account exists and Trello recognizes it, but something is blocking access.
Trello has had ongoing degraded performance since May 17. While a 403 isn't the typical symptom of this outage, some users have reported intermittent access errors. Kindly check https://trello.status.atlassian.com and wait for the all-clear, then try again.
