Comments in team members' boards not showing

Question

I just noticed that comments for some of my team members boards are not showing either on their boards or on my board, can't see any sync issues on the computer.

However, comments on some other team members boards are showing.

Anyone knows how to resolve comments not showing issues?

This was a platform-wide Trello incident that affected comments for many users — so it's not a sync issue on your end. Current status: https://trello.status.atlassian.com/
