Historical comments/activity disappeared but comment count remains. Any information?

Question

Multiple users across different devices and browsers cannot see historical comments/activity in Trello cards.

Symptoms:

Card shows existing comment count (example: 11 comments)
Historical comments/activity do not render
New comments can sometimes be created from mobile app and are visible there
Web version does not show old or new comments
Reproduced on Chrome, Firefox, incognito mode, and mobile app
Reproduced for multiple users

This started today morning (Argentina's time)

Seems related to activity feed or action indexing inconsistency.
