I can't create website

I just signed up and I can't get started, I'm trying to create a website, but nothing works. why is that?

* Please try in different browser and incognito mode.
* Disable browser extensions.
* Change the network, try vpn connection temporarily.
* Try using a different name, slightly different variation is possible.
* Wait for a few minutes and try again.
