How to integrate JIRA server to Fisheye plugin? which steps should I do?

i figured Fisheye is different product from JIRA, altough JIRA offers a way to integrate itself with Fisheye using a plug-in.

I gotta have the two servers and then configure and connect JIRA to FISHEYE? I have the 2 licenses from each product.

OR Exists a plug-in that offers a solution without installing FISHEYE server?

Just in case, these only works for Standalone version and not for the OnDemand.
