I lost my Trello board without reason

Question

Hello,

I suddenly lost access to a board my Wife and I used (either she or me is an admin of this board, but neither of us can reopen it, we have the following error message:

TWOcavel's Life est fermé.

Pour rouvrir ce tableau, contactez cet administrateur du tableau )

And there is no admin name :(

The URL: https://trello.com/b/VQaADuie

How can we proceed to get it reopen? It had some important info we use everyday

Thanks for your help!

Hi @Enrique Nieto Santos ,

Are you getting any errors while trying to access? I see your account is still active and the issue is not related to Dormant account deletion.

Hi Nivedhya!

I have the same problem, been trying to acces in to my account with no success. First I changed my password several times, waited but access still closed.

I don't know my attlassian address, and I'm doing this request from another account so I could get a ticket. This is the account I'm trying to regain access from: mvilla@boostcargo.mx

Could you please help?

Thanks on advance
